Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

Since we do not offer electronic payment methods, refunds will be issued via the same offline payment method used for purchase (e.g., cash on delivery adjustments, bank transfer, or in-store credit).
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing your refund once we receive the returned item.
